Paint a Floor without sanding *:

Stairs: $30/ tread, $30/riser.
Add $2.50 for each baluster to be done around.
Add $1.00/tread if countersinking nails.
Add $.25/tread if floor is uneven.
Add $.50/tread if it is old gummy finish or paint.
Add $.75/tread if really thick old gummy finish or paint.
Add $1.00/tread if it is glue
Add $1.25/tread if it is thick glue.
Add $1.50/tread if it is paper glued to the floor.
Painting Stairs without sanding:* $60/ tread, $60/riser.
Add $5.00 for each baluster to be done around.

Discounts:
If a room is > 300sf, then subtract $.25/sf
room is > 1000sf, then subtract another $.25/sf

*Includes: cleaning floor, chemically etching old paint, two coats primer, sanding the primer, two coats commercial grade floor paint, two coats commercial grade clear floor finish. This price will cover a certain amount of prep work, which we will define in terms of man hours. All man hours spent doing prep work specified by the customer beyond these allotted hours will be charged at $35/man hour>
